• Larry Franks, Owner & Executive Chef
  Larry's vast experience in the food industry includes work for nationally recognized restaurant chains. Since 1991, Larry has launched a variety of successful food service establishments, cafes and corporate catering companies in California. He has been lauded for exceptional customer service, and an innovative and exciting culinary repertoire. In October 2004 he moved the family to Baltimore to be part of this unique and wonderful Jewish community. Larry holds a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Administration.

• Lara Franks, Owner & Director of Marketing & Sales
  In 1997 Larry Persuaded Lara to join him in the business after working in the marketing department of Quest Software. Lara's background in Marketing and Communications helped their ERL. Food Services become the preferred caterer to top national companies, including GE, IBM, Verizon, Nextel and many more. Lara spearheads the marketing sales, event design and production for the company.
